Terms of Service — Meeting Mute: Mic & Camera Off
Last updated: 25 October 2026
Meeting Mute ("the App") is an Android app made by Adinand Innovations ("we"). By installing or using the App you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. What the App does, and what it does not promise
The App keeps your own microphone muted and your camera off in Microsoft Teams and Google Meet by pressing those apps' own mute and camera buttons when they turn on and you have not chosen Talk. It reacts after the change, usually within a second, so your microphone or camera can be on for a moment before it is turned back off. It works only while the meeting screen is open on your phone, and only in the apps and versions it has been built for; when a meeting app changes its screen, the App may stop working in it until it is updated, and will tell you so where it can.
The App is a convenience, not a security control. Do not rely on it to keep anything confidential. You remain responsible for what your microphone and camera transmit.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age in your country, to use the App.
3. Licence
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the App on an Android device you own or control, for your personal use, subject to these Terms. You may not reverse engineer, modify or redistribute the App, or use it to interfere with the services of Microsoft, Google or anyone else.
4. Free use, Pro, and purchases
- Free use. The App is free to download. The guard covers the first 10 meetings in each calendar month (Teams and Meet share the same 10; the demo meeting never counts). From the 11th meeting in a month the guard is off for that meeting, and the App says so. A meeting you skip in its first two minutes is not guarded and does not count.
- Pro. Pro is an optional in-app purchase that covers every meeting. It comes three ways: a monthly plan and a yearly plan, which are auto-renewing subscriptions, and a lifetime purchase, which is a single payment. All three unlock the same thing.
- Prices are shown by Google Play, in the App and on its Google Play listing, in your local currency as set by Google Play. They may vary by country and may change; a change applies to future charges only and, for subscriptions, under Google Play's notice rules.
- Renewal and cancellation. The monthly and yearly plans renew automatically for the same period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time in Google Play (the App's Pro screen links there); cancelling stops future renewals and keeps your access until the end of the period already paid. The lifetime purchase does not renew.
- Billing and refunds are handled entirely by Google Play under Google's terms. We never receive your payment details and cannot issue refunds directly; use Google Play's refund process.
- Restore. Use "Restore purchases" in the App to recover a plan bought with the same Google account.
5. Privacy
The App collects no data and has no server of its own. What it reads on screen is not saved and not sent anywhere. See the Privacy Policy.
6. Third parties and no affiliation
Microsoft and Microsoft Teams are trademarks of the Microsoft group of companies. Google Meet, Google Play and Android are trademarks of Google LLC. The App is an independent product of Adinand Innovations and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Microsoft or Google. Your use of Teams, Meet and Google Play is governed by their own terms.
7. Intellectual property
The App, its design, name and content belong to Adinand Innovations and are protected by copyright and other laws. These Terms give you no rights other than the licence in section 3.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. In particular we do not warrant that the App will turn your microphone or camera off in every case, within any particular time, or at all in a meeting app that has changed since the App was last updated.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Adinand Innovations is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for anything transmitted by your microphone or camera, arising from your use of or inability to use the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for it in the twelve months before the claim.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We may end your licence if you breach these Terms. Sections 1, 6 to 9 and 11 survive termination.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes are resolved in the competent courts of India, without affecting any consumer rights you have under the law of your country.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these Terms; the date at the top shows the current version, and material changes will be noted in the App or on its Google Play listing. Questions: WhatsApp +91 77579 37379 · support@meetingmuteapp.com · https://meetingmuteapp.com/support
